Additional Notes: Traditional pair of men’s pants from the Netherlands acquired together with garments from Staphorst and Veluwe. This style was worn in many regions of the Netherlands and has been well documented in historic photos such as the reference image above from Goes. Made of soft black cotton velour-like fabric resembling suede. Buttons for suspenders at the waist and holes for attaching decorative silver buttons at the front.
