Measurements: approximately 32″ square + 8″ fringe
Additional Notes: Lush black velvet shawl with pink and purple embroidered flowers and elaborate hand-tied fringe along the edges. Such shawls were worn as kerchiefs throughout the Tekov region around the town of Levice. The embroidery and fringe are only on one corner as the shawl would be folded diagonally in half and only the decorated section would be visible when worn.
