Additional Notes: Traditional outer jacket called a “buisje” worn by women during on colder days. Made of hand-woven “vijfschaft” fabric which consists of a linen warp and wool weft satin weave. The cuffs are lined with blue plaid cotton. Unique tailoring at the elbows creating a bent sleeve. Characteristic deep plunge on back. The last photo shows a woman wearing a similar jacket.
