Additional Notes: A nice example of an embroidered man’s peasant shirt from the region of Crisana or possibly neighboring Transylvania. Made of heavy homespun linen with archaic blue embroidered protective geometric designs on the cuffs. Additional whitework embroidery around the collar and on the shoulders. There are a few holes on the back of the shirt that could be repaired and well concealed if you choose to wear the garment.
