Additional Notes: Antique vest made from red floral silk brocade with blue floral ribbon and metallic lace trim. Two original glass buttons with flowers for fastening on front. Unique pleating along bottom on back and yellow and green accent embroidery. The silk is entirely intact and supple, but due to the delicate nature of this type of old fabric the vest is best suited for display in order to preserve the garment in such good condition.
