Description: Excellent collection of 72 historic images of Swedish peasant life and folk costumes. Illustrates the costumes of various provinces. Some of these images were also used for postcards around the time this book was published so you might see the individual images in postcard format, but it’s incredible to have all of them at once and in such good condition. One of the sheets must have come loose from the binding as it is glued back in backwards (could likely be removed and redone if desired). Scarce.
