Measurements: 18″ across as shown in first photo
Additional Notes: Heavily embroidered married woman’s headdress cap of the type worn in the villages of Helpa and Pohorela in central Slovakia. Decorated with several different types of embroidery and handmade bobbin lace on the front. The last two photos above show how these types of caps were worn in the early-mid 20th century.
