Condition: fair-good; heaving fading to blue cloth; couple small holes; repaired tear (visible from back only); recommended for display only
Measurements (with garments laying flat):
   Waistband: 19″
   Length: 29.5″ including fringe
Additional Notes: This style of apron was worn in approximately 10 villages around the town of Senica in the Zahorie region of Slovakia. Based on the type and quantity of embroidery, this example would have been worn by a young woman, likely unmarried or during her first years of marriage. A particularly nice example despite the condition issues.
